“Excellent”
We stayed in the villa for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautiful and the villa itself is stunning. The staff were exceptional. We have a little baby and they were so helpful with her and our other girl. It was a huge help. As a mom this was so lovely. Also nothing was a problem and Joy was a pleasure to deal with. It was the best start to our holiday.

“Fantastic service in an amazing property!”
We stayed 5 nights at Baan Jakawan, hosted by the Luxe Nomad team. The property is amazing, with a fantastic pool, but what made the trip special was the great service from Joy and the team. Always attentive and ready to help and the meals we had on property were so delicious that we only ate out one night. The villa has an expansive sea view as up a steep hill.

“The villa was a pleasant surprise!”
Joy and her team were as amazing as the Villa is! The staff are on hand to help make the experience even better and arrange whenever you need.
The views are as good as the photos and to chill for a week without having to worry about anything at all…can’t recommend it more highly. The food at the Villa was better than we had a the local restaurants and they will make any Thai dish you love or can think of…we only ate out once in the week we were there.
Location wise it’s 10-15 mins from Chaweng or Bophut…so both places are accessible easily with the Grab app. We are already looking at coming back next year! Cheers!

“We can’t wait to go back!!!”
I’ve just returned after a week of a lifetime for my 30th birthday with family and friends from the UK and Australia. The villa, Joy and the team are all so special and it could not have gone any better! The team are so detailed, flexible, and helpful, they really did make it the full experience. Joy also helped with additional flower arrangements, cakes and tour arrangements. We made the most of the villa and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible view, massive infinity pool, pool table, plus delicious breakfast, Thai food and barbecues prepared by the on-site chef. We can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you team! X

“All agreed we want to do this again.”
14 friends from different parts of Australia and Scotland gathered at Baan Jakawan for a week to catch-up, relax and help Marg celebrate her 60th Birthday. Our experience at this gob smacking beautiful villa was enhanced by the most gracious generous and capable managers and staff in Joy, Addi, Peaw, Lek and two other fellows. You will find a huge infinity pool, luxurious bedroom suites and a central dinning living space that has a commanding vista. Facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. The food prepared by Lek included many and varied wonderful examples of Thai cuisine, all restaurant quality. The dining table had a different theme each night enhanced by Addi’s beautiful stunning floral creations. We enjoyed early morning swims then breakfast lunch and dinner, numerous tightly contested games of pool, sang and danced. All agreed we want to do this again.

“Unforgettable luxury experience with breathtaking views & service!”
I am traveling to Thailand since 1995 but i never had the chance to visit Koh Samui which was a big mistake. Already arriving at the domestic airport is a great experience and only after 5 min drive you arrive at one of the best luxury villas in Thailand with a breathtaking and unforgettable view. The first class pick up service and the warmly welcome of Miss Joy and the holiday experience can start immediately. Beside the stunning view and great villa’s the mansion also has a 40-50m long infinity pool (maybe one of the biggest private pools in Thailand) where u never get tired about the 180 degree view. If you try their Thai & Western food (great wine collection with amazing reasonable prices) you will be blown away and you will be very disappointed to eat outside. You can enjoy several location within the villa to have an unbelievable romantic dinner experience or mouthwatering BBQ with view and close to the infinity pool. Miss Joy is also famous for the best cocktails on the Island which will be served directly at the infinity pool or at the pool table “Negroni Heaven 24/7”. They also organize yoga, Thai boxing sessions and bring you to the most famous beach clubs or walking street which is only few min away. I stayed in lots of luxury holiday villas around the globe but this was one of the best and we had unforgettable time with friends and will came back asap. “Baan Jakawan Koh Samui is a “when can we do it again?!” ”
First of all, Koh Samui has changed a lot since I was last there-International resorts, cool beach clubs with excellent Thai and European food plus the zaniness of Thailand-massages, spicy food, fish markets, cool Central Plaza shopping, welcoming kick boxing gyms-the whole experience compressed into a wonderful must see island. However the best part was our stay at Baan Jakawan. Unbelievable private lay-out over looking the pool and calm sea. A massive modern 8 bedroom villa that can house all your friends, the kids and even room to house someone to look after the kids if you want to explore the nightlife. It all comes together with a stunning lanai club house with full bar, dining and even a pool table. Great to bring everyone together but also plenty of places to read a quiet book. Baan Jakawan is probably the largest, coolest plus best value on the island. The last piece of Paradise is Khun "Can-do" Joy who literally runs the place and manages the staff day and night. She makes sure excellent meals come out of the kitchen, fresh Thai and Western along with a standard of quiet cleanliness and quality that is the mark of Thailand. Every request of "more gin please", "can l get a massage in the room", "what about spaghetti for the kids while the adults eat tomahawks" is greeted with a Khun Joy smile. She was still smiling when she dropped us at the airport and so were we. This is not a tick the box. Baan Jakawan Koh Samui is a “when can we do it again”?!

“Outstanding view and fantastic service! Highly recommended if you stay in Samui!”
We spent 4 nights there and the villa is very convenient and well located. The room are very comfortable and spacious. The view is incredible and the staff is answering positively to any needs. I really felt in 5 star hotel it s ideal for a group or 2-3 Families. The food that the staff cooked was also delicious from Thai to Western food, I was impressed by the quality of their flexibility. Its convenient as it is 10 mins away from downtown or the airport! Highly recommended for stay in Samui!
